Thank you and your team in providing the perfect atmosphere, excellent service and top quality cuisine for Di’s recent birthday dinner celebrations. Flutes at the Fort was simple the best restaurant which Di and I have dinned at over recent years. Furthermore the time given by the chefs and wait staff to address Di’s pepper tolerance was outstanding. We look forward to returning to Flutes later in the year when passing through Singapore.
